Took absolutely no responsibility when faulty roof plumbing caused kitchen ceiling to collapse following heavy rain... direct cause of building fault with wrong height rain head overflows... didn't answer calls, even hung up mid phone call. Don't use this builder.

Super disappointing to have to be writing a negative review about Unique Homes, but given how important the decisions are around who you choose to do your build or renovation I feel a sense of obligation to give an honest review. We too have been largely thrilled with our home renovation, which we completed with Unique Homes about 4 years ago. A big thank you to Chris from Unique Homes, for his professional and inclusive aproach to the renovation of my property. He has great communication skills and his planning and timeliness are always met. The quality of his work is excellent. Also a shout out to Becky who manages the paperwork required for the skilled contractors they use. I couldn't be happier with the work completed on my property.

Charged over $800 to our Owners Corporation just to change a lock on a door. Don't know how they get away with charging this much.
