I have been trying to get them to repair a leak in my kitchen for several years. They took the insurance money and never fixed the leak. Do not use this company. They just stopped responding.
Would give no stars if I could. Three years ago roof was replaced. nThey replaced some damaged sheetrock of the roof as well. Now we have leaks. The flashing is incomplete (no tar paper), from the the attic we can see daylight streaming in by the chimney. Plywood was not cut correctly and they just jammed in a 2x4 in the space that was incorrectly cut. Tried to contact them multiple times but I guess they are out of business. Too bad for us. Not feeling anything for them.
Unique Home replaced our roof, with some issues, but the real problem has arisen because of our solar panels. I asked them if they were qualified to remove and replace the panels. They claimed they were but now, 10 months later, they have yet to work properly. They have been here several times but cant resolve the problem, which appears to be a wiring problem.
