Rebecca owns this agency and she’s a fraud and watch out, doesn’t take federal taxes out of checks, even though you filled out a W-2 form upon hiring very unprofessional very disrespectful had a check bounced in my account that was payroll. One check was missing a 30 hours overtime. She corrected it but thought she was doing me a favor when it was ours I was missing.
This agency has a 3.5 and 3.0 rating, which is extremely low when you are considering using them as a trusted source of care within you r home or that of your loved one. As LOW as this rating is, it's too high for the level of incompetence and unprofessional conduct that exists amongst the managerial team.
