Amazing experience once again. We only ever call Unique for our HVAC needs. Upon waking up in a freezing cold house we called first thing in the morning. The service person Dakota arrived within the anticipated arrival window. He was courteous, knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Don't hesitate to call Unique. They're batting 1000 for us after multiple calls, over multiple seasons, over multiple years.

I would not recommend them unless you want to buy something you do not need. I had them out for a cleaning/maintenance check. They discovered an issue with the heat exchanger. When the tech was on the phone with the boss, I could hear the boss tell the tech to "upsell." I was told I needed to have the entire furnace replaced. After hearing that, its safe to assume I wanted to get a second opinion. I had another company check it out. The heat exchanger was bad but they immediately noticed it may still be under warranty.
