These people are amazing! It was an odd issue regarding air flow! I needed no parts. They were here about 6 hours but only charged me a trip charge. Unique will have all of my heating and air jobs!!!
Sent a message to website shortly after 7a. Unique called shortly after 8, service person here by 9:30. Replaced motor and heat restored before noon. Reasonably priced and the speed was so appreciated.
John came and gave me a second opinion. He explained everything and showed me what he was talking about. He made furnace talk more English to me. He couldn't repair my furnace but at least I understand why. Thank you John
At some point Wednesday, 1/14/26, our furnace quit working at our summer place in Monticello, IN. On our way to the lake, We Contacted Unique, January 15, 2026 at 1PM for service. Since we had no heat and inside temperature was down to 45 degrees, they dispatched a technician to be at our location by 2PM. The technician, Josh, arrived at 2:05PM, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, they carried the part on the truck, and had our furnace up and running by 2:30PM.
