I can’t thank them enough! With this extremely high temperatures, they were at my home within the hour to fix the problem! They very professional and great to work with!
Ben was on time and personable. He conducted standard maintenance and cleaned/closed up the area. Also wore protective slippers inside which we appreciate. Honestly, I will forever miss the Halsens, but their chosen replacement continues with strong customer support and friendly, hometown values.
I called before 9 on a Monday with AC problems. I had a Tech at my house before 1030 that day. I knew it was a capacitor and/or the motor for the outside unit. Thankful just the capacitor. Fixed in no time. Great tech.
