I had an excellent experience with Unique glass. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and installed my new windows with great attention to detail. The quality of the glass is top-notch, and I can already feel the difference in insulation and noise reduction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled glass services.
Unprofessional service, poor fitting, left job unfinished for more than 6 months and full of excuses to not complete the job. The patio door fitted feels like a used one and had multiple super glue and scratch marks.
I should have checked google reviews he screwed up my window and not picking up my calls now. There is still a gap in window and air is coming in he got the payment and left without finishing it and checking it properly since then he is making excuses. Its his job to finish and check the finish job client should not need to be chasing him . PLZ DO AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Took the deposit and then disappeared. Friendly sales man took measurements but then didn’t answer calls. Took 5 months to install a basic single PVC door and still waiting for sky lights. Multiple excuses and multiple no shows. Despite being less than 5 minutes away from us. Do not use this firm.
*****WARNING***** DO NOT USE UNIQUE GLASS Paid deposit £900 in November 2022, it's now April 2022 and I am still waiting. His communication is poor, I'm getting fobbed off, at this point I think it's time to accept I won't see that £900 again.
