I bought a bedroom set and it was very poor quality. I also bought a dresser, but it wasn't the one I ordered. When I went back, they treated me very badly and were very rude. They refused to exchange the furniture, even though there's no sign saying "final sale" or "no exchanges or returns." I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a dresser this week, but unfortunately, it does not fit in my daughter’s room. According to the return policy, returns and exchanges are allowed, so I requested to exchange the dresser for a smaller item.
