I have dealt with Gloria for several years now and she has been amazing. She has put together beautiful arrangements that were delivered when promised, she has made sure that I had palm fronds in time for Palm Sunday even when I was somewhat tardy in ordering, she has given good advice about flowers for events, she has revived a plant that I took to her and also spent time researching how I could keep it healthy. If I could give more stars, I would. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Unique to order a surprise flower delivery to my Mom and it won’t be my last order with this company. Both times, Gloria has been completely delightful to work with to be sure my order and product is perfect for my loved one. Not only are Gloria’s creations gorgeous and perfect, but also she calls the recipient ahead of delivery to confirm the recipient will be home to receive the arrangement so that it’s not left unattended (in danger of freezing or theft).... read more
