If I could give more stars, I would. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Unique to order a surprise flower delivery to my Mom and it won’t be my last order with this company. Both times, Gloria has been completely delightful to work with to be sure my order and product is perfect for my loved one. Not only are Gloria’s creations gorgeous and perfect, but also she calls the recipient ahead of delivery to confirm the recipient will be home to receive the arrangement so that it’s not left unattended (in danger of freezing or theft).... read more
I purchased A sympathy bouquet, which was absolutely terrible Well, never recommend this place I’ll add photos of what I ordered for $104 and what they sent Unique florist. I’m sorry, but if I were you, I’d be embarrassed.
I’m from Toronto and needed to send a flower bouquet to our business partner in Regina, and it was very important that it be delivered before 11 AM. I tried several places with no luck, but then I called Unique Florist and spoke with Gloria. She went above and beyond to make it happen—she even offered to go in early to ensure the flowers were ready and delivered on time. Since I’ve retired , I’ve taken a liking to plants and have collected many . I heard of Unique, from a friend and decided to check it out . Gloria was so nice and we chatted for 1/2 hour about different plants etc. I bought some plants from her and am completely satisfied with them . Customer service was A+.
Most amazing service ever! Gloria called to confirm the order. Then, asked if I would consider a update to my order and made a suggestion. I was so happy that she went out of her way to help make this difficult time somewhat easier on my friend who received the plant basket. She went so much above and beyond what I expected.
