My experience with Unique Florists, and Gloria was nothing short of fantastic! Gloria went above and beyond to ensure the florals and fruit basket I ordered were exactly what I wanted, and even provided substitutions to what would have typically been offered. A great local business that I would highly recommend! Thank you so much for your excellent service!
Flower bouquet was small for $125. When we called to see if it had been delivered, the young girl that answered the phone was rude! Will not use unique flowers again!
I ordered flowers yesterday and the customer service was okay at first but when I got my order, it wasn’t what I ordered/expected. I was very disappointed and couldn’t use the flowers for what I wanted. I called the customer service and all she did was raise her voice and argue with me and no feeling of remorse. Never ordering here again
