I've had the opportunity to be a member of UFIT since it opened almost two years ago. The overall environment created through an amazing member base, positive coaches and a mission focused on making a positive impact in our community can't be beat. UFIT isn't just a place I go to workout, it's a place I go to grow and cultivate relationships with some of Sandpoint's most amazing individuals.
Nutrition planning with UFIT as not only helped me physically, but it has greatly lowered my stress levels during a busy work week. I can not say enough for how much the meals have helped me to efficiently grocery shop and meal prep. Kelli is extremely responsive to my needs and concerns and is always there when I need some accountability.
