I was greeted when I walked in, my wait was less than 10 minutes, and I had no further issues other than having to ASK the employee to wipe down the chair before she took care of me. To me it comes down to cleanliness, and because I watched AGAIN as the client after me sat in the same chair that I did (and the employee did not sanitize it), I am eating this location 1/5 stars…. That tells me it is not standard practice to sanitize their seating. I wonder if it’s standard practice to sanitize their tools?!? ‘:(
