My wife got her baby with them, it looked amazing, even added extra to make her day extra special. Will be back
So easy to deal with, amazing price and set up. Used three times now.
They totally forgot about the event until I messaged them and ended of being one hour late. Also ended of paying extra amount to photographer because of schedule changed. Poor service… and customer service too…
Hey Amy, this time we're definitely opting for fair trading. Please wrap up your business and consider exploring something else, as this might not be your forte. Unfortunately, this person completely forgot our event, and we ended up paying the photographer extra.
Zero star for the irresponsible behaviour . One star for the service. Dodgy company /service. Booked event decoration. Got Call at the time of of event that this fraud cannot come as she somehow forgot about it. We request to do it and came did it one and half our later as it was too late to book another.Had to cancel the lots of plan due to delay.
