I've never used them in their new location but I know the owner is great to work with and is great to do business with. If you're from central Minnesota this is the place for cases and electronics repair!
Fixed my wife's phone installed a charging port in an s3 not an easy job. Called me an hour later.
Worst experience of my life. The "manager" was rude and could not address my phone issues. They call themselves an Electronic store but they know nothing about Electronics. I'm a tech guy myself...
I have great experiences everytime I go into the store. They have a great variety of cases and electronics. I am very big into audio equipment. I have bought amazing headphones and speakers from the friendly workers there. Loved the customer service and will go back if I need anything else.
Wonderful service!!! I have never been so impressed by Customer Service before. They helped me with my phone and didn't try to speak down to me about it. That always happens to me. Apparently a blond girl isn't allowed to know anything about tech, well not here! They also had a wide variety of accessories and cases to choose from at good prices. I am totally going back!
I drove about 245 miles I believe it was and my phone has been acting up . I dropped my phone off it was sent to me a week later because they had to wait for Parts to get there and it was shipped to me . It was very professional they knew what was going on right away and I had a very good reception from the manager and from his staff there. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everybody I give it 5 stars customer service was the best.

They suck, they ripped my kid off. They have promised that her name gone would be fixed within weeks, haha, they had it for months,phone still doesn't work
