I’ve had great experiences at Fred’s! They’re thorough and incredibly fast. If you have multiple things that need to get done on the vehicle, they group services into different packages and you can approve which work you want done. They can help you prioritize if you are on a budget. I had family members recommend Fred’s and am glad I started taking my car there.

Excellent service at Fred’s once again! The team is always friendly, knowledgeable and they are thorough with explanations. They are also respectful to women which can be hard to find with some service places.

1st vehicle/service(Jeep Patriot): The mechanics/staff were very diligent in communicating with me about what they were finding out about the vehicle. The estimate they compile and send out is very detailed, with pictures and videos. Labor costs were higher than what I'm used to from my hometown mechanic, but that is the new norm for automotive work. I trust them….that’s what is most important when you take your car in….honest reviews about the state of your vehicle, reality checks….is it worth putting $$$ into it, what would they do if their family member was driving this vehicle.
