Horrible customer service to thr point they dont even realize customers they've had several times over the years. They are very vague when answering questions about styles so they can upcharge. They literally have licensed hairdressers and want extra money to wash your hair. If I called OSHA I'd be wrong right? So I literally choose to tell every single person I know not to come here because they use the same combs back to back for different heads.
Do not come here. They Mix the wash with some type of straightener. My hair is ruined. It was Betty who did it but they all use the same products. beware
Janet has been my hairstylist for about 2 years now, and she is absolutely amazing! Not only does she do incredible work, but she also makes the whole experience fun by keeping you entertained and comfortable.
