Mike and his team are the absolute greatest, most knowledgeable, fair and reliable contractors and builders in the country. We were lucky enough to purchase a house Mike had built and over the years we have had his company do extensive residential and commercial work for us. James and the whole team were great to work with. Communication was stellar, which can be hard to come by. The quote for the work was on the medium-high end, but in the end it was justified by the quality of work and level of communication. I did not have to babysit these guys. They were able to adapt to changes as needed without issue on short notice. Everyone was more than willing to discuss any questions I had and James was always available via text when I needed him.
