James and his team are amazing and I would definitely recommend hiring them for any job you may be thinking about for your home. The communication is 10/10, provides detailed schedules and explanations of the work being done. We are thrilled with our new bathroom, closet, hardwood floors & exterior railings. Will definitely call them again for our next project.
Unique has recently completed some interior projects at our home, and last year gave us a beautiful exterior reno. It is always an absolute pleasure dealing with James and his crew of talented craftsmen. Communication daily from beginning to end is so appreciated! Cost estimates are spot on and Unique always goes above and beyond to make sure our expectations are met and exceeded. I'm looking forward to working with James and Unique for future projects.
This is the second time we have used Unique Design. We worked with James both times and he was super professional and answered all my questions very thorough and extremely prompt. This time around they did our 2nd floor of the house. Replaced doors, built closets, new attic staircase, new moldings, paint. Their entire teams attention to detail is incredible and we highly recommend using them. They have a resource for every possible problem and every worker is very skilled and professional.
What an INCREDIBLE job done by Unique Home Builders! 5 stars across the board, it was such a smooth process to get our floors and desk redone and we couldn’t have asked for better communication amongst the entire crew. Everything was done in a timely manner and it was an exceptional job, not to mention we get tons of compliments. Highly recommend!
