If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. The staff are rude and unprofessional. Trying to do anything through the receptionist Silvana is appalling. She is rude, dismissive, with complete lack of professionalism and at the same time has no idea what she’s doing. Incorrect quotes provided, appointments booked on days where a dentist is not present and unable to confirm the simplest of requests. DO NOT GO HERE. This is a Clinic that subcontract dentists around Australia. They over charge. They are liars. They offered a full refund because their interstate dentist could not return to Sydney over two months. They offered a full refund. I accepted the offer. I sent them emails. No response for refund. As soon as I called again they re-cantered the offer. Biggest rip off. Now taking LEGAL ACTION. Not work going there
