I had a steel bolt that broke and got stuck in the hole of my sub-frame. I brought it to Alfonso and he got it out safely in 10 min. His service charge was very reasonable. He even adjusted and lubed my chain for free. It was a short visit but I had the best experience. That's customer service at it's best! He definitely earned my future business! I highly recommend this shop!
New rider, bought a clapped out R3 from marketplace and brought it in to Alfonso on Tuesday to see what needed to be done. He quickly inspected and diagnosed the issues (which were many) and the bike was ready by Friday. Quick communication and updates through text, has true expertise, and will give advice on what work needs to be done next. I'm very happy with the service he provides, thank you Alfonso!
I ride a Ducati Monster 1200S. And you know how expensive Ducati services are. I went to Alfonso to change a few things from Spark Plugs to leak in the radiator fluid. And Most Importantly installing new timing belts. Was such an honor to meet an Honest Man. Most mechanics would rip you off because you don't know shit about what the charges are. And I'm glad I found this place. Walked out of there a happy man. Thank you Alfonso for taking care of the bike like it's your own.
