Bringing your bike to a new shop is always a bit scary. I first went to Unique Cycles to rent a trailer (they do UHAUL as well). That gave me a chance to look at the shop - cleanliness, parts etc. and I was impressed. After this I have been to the show three times - a long overdue service, new tires and a minor repair. I’m totally satisfied with Alfonso’s recommendation on the set of Nigthdragon tires he installed on my bike, great performance all around. Great customer service, awesome atmosphere, honest guy. Highly recommend this shop!
I'm from out of town. Had a flat tire. They took me right in and got it fixed in no time. Very clean and well organized shop. Highly recommend. ***Update I have been coming here for all my motorcycle maintenance and repairs since my original visit. I've been back 3-4 more times to get fluids serviced, fork seal replaced, battery, and more. Great service, pricing and fast turnaround.
I had a steel bolt that broke and got stuck in the hole of my sub-frame. I brought it to Alfonso and he got it out safely in 10 min. His service charge was very reasonable. He even adjusted and lubed my chain for free. It was a short visit but I had the best experience. That's customer service at it's best! He definitely earned my future business! I highly recommend this shop!
