I went in for a quote and spoke with Jarrod, who took my information and said he would call me back. Weeks went by with no response. I called again and spoke with Dustin, who set an appointment to look at my vehicle but never showed. When I called back, he said he had an emergency and would contact me the following week, but I never received a follow-up. I even sent a video when requested and still heard nothing.
