Appalling customer service. Been waiting for a refund for over 2 months now. $40 refund.... That's it $40 bucks and yet they cannot make it happen. USELESS.
Hopeless. Go anywhere else but here. Cannot fulfil a $40 order through their online website. 6 months after the transaction, no product and no refund. Was initially told it will be 3 month back order, after 3 months waiting patiently was told it will be another 2 months. Asked for a refund and was told "sure no problem" but here we are still no refund and will not respond to emails.
