I have never done a bad review but my experience is unacceptable. I took my motorcycle to do a "custom seat" job and sent Eddie three pictures of the color I was looking for to make sure that was the right color for the stitching. While they started doing the job, I asked to send me the color of the sewing thread to make sure we were in the right direction and I never had a response.
