Zero communication, bait-and-switch pricing, and terrible service. I dropped off my bike for service, and they held onto it for months without a single proactive update. Every time I called to check the status, I was met with frustration, dodge tactics, and endless excuses. Great team of guys. My bikes an 02 and they added it right into their queue despite its age (International Motorsports would've held back until October vs August). Great communication. Paul, Nate, and Sean have been awesome throughout the whole process. Bike pickup was a great additional service for my limp motorcycle.
I brought my bike here in early July for a fork seal replacement. I had recently relocated to the area and was looking for a new local shop to service my motorcycles. Unfortunately, my experience here left much to be desired. I first reached out to the shop in mid-June to inquire about the repair.
