Chadd at Unique Custom Home Plans drew up the plan for our basement finish earlier this year. He delivered an excellent plan for a very fair price. Chadd was patient as we worked out the details of our design, listening to what we wanted for the space and also offering his expertise. The plan proved to be well done as we have since finished the basement and all contractors worked to the plan with no issues. We are very happy with our new space and would highly recommend Chadd at Unique Custom Home Plans!
