This company is a joke. From my understanding this company will take advantage of NOT maintaining my norweco properly than wanting to charge there loyal customer to repair or replace the entire norweco. Don't trust a company like this. I contacted an excavation company to dig it out because Unique Concrete Concepts suggested I do so it wasn't needed and they tried to gouge me. Robert was at my home today to service my Norweco. I watched him for a while and I was truly impressed with the time he took to to clean my system..we talked and shook hands when he was done...you have a great employee...
Don't listen to all these negative post. People are hard to please these days. Septic is not an easy company to run I'm sure. Keep up the great work!
