Doesn't answer the damn phone or return calls
This company is a joke. From my understanding this company will take advantage of NOT maintaining my norweco properly than wanting to charge there loyal customer to repair or replace the entire norweco. Don't trust a company like this. I contacted an excavation company to dig it out because Unique Concrete Concepts suggested I do so it wasn't needed and they tried to gouge me.
