This is our first year using Unique Clips and we have been well pleased. Their price is fair and their customer service has been outstanding. I have called Jim several times to ask him to change a scheduled cut date due to soccer games. Unique Clips has always accommodated my needs. The Unique Clips crew that mows at my facility is very polite as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

They Argue with you about repair warranty. I have an Echo gas trimmer . They claim fuel lines and carburetor bad. I had the carb cleaned, as well as the fuel filter and lines replaced in the fall. I'm still in process of complaint with Echo. Go elswere. Note, they have had my trimmer a Pas 225 for two weeks now. I'm just picking it up today and dealing with Echo customer service myself. They work with a company called Eagle that's works with them on warranties . Do not recommend this place.

The service people were good but the management was not. I had to call over and over every time to get any type of service, even though someone picked up and told me that they would call me back, but no one ever did. I switched to another company and it’s a night and day difference. They installed sprinkler and sod, which was OK, I had to remove a bunch of large rocks under the sod when they laid it down, clearly no one goes over the work being done. I should of switched last year but better late than never.
