I love UFit for so many reasons. This is a place where I have the freedom to do the prescribed workout, a group class, or another type of workout at my discretion. I can bring my 5-year-old to play in the incredible and safe area established for children, where she’ll likely see some of her friends and have the positive reinforcement of how exercising contributes to a healthy lifestyle. The overall environment created through an amazing member base, positive coaches and a mission focused on making a positive impact in our community can't be beat.
