I've been using this place for the last 5 and a half years. I will not say always perfect but they do pretty good job majority of time. Apart from cleaning, I would like to introduce kindness and care from the guy there.The nice and kind guy found and showed me bulge on sidewall of tire. It has extremely high risk of bursting on the road. He saved me from not only problems I might have in the middle of nowhere in thunderstorm but also potential risk of my and general public's life. Really happy with the service at Unique Car Wash in Artarmon. The team did a great job — my car looked spotless inside and out. Big thanks to Ester, the manager, who was super helpful and understanding when some personal items accidentally ended up in another customer’s car. She sorted it out quickly and even offered compensation, which was really appreciated. Great customer service and quality work — highly recommend!

Amazing quality!! I am always visiting this car wash because the quality is not compare with other car wash. No bad small, cleaned all gap panels, also windows and wheels are nice clean. Strongly recommend.
Came at 10:40 on a Sunday (03/07) and they were closed despite having hours from 9-4 on Sunday. Their bins were overflowing with garbage. Massive eye sore to the rest of the centre and very sloppy and unorganised.
