Very disappointing experience. We were fully prepared to have Unique recarpet our new house (~$12-$15k job). I asked some clarifying questions about the methodology used to provide us with estimate, as I felt the estimate was very high relative to other, comparable estimates. If I could have selected no stars I would have. Terrible. Do not use. Two years ago we had them install Stainmaster carpet in our family. Not a big room. 14 x 14. Carpet, pad and install was about $1,400. Not cheap for a room this size. But the carpet we picked with the help of the owner Mark Dugan was supposed to be great for wear and tear. Great for having dogs too, since we have two German Shepherds. Stainmaster's warranty was supposed to be good too. If you get is professionally cleaned every 18 months. After about the f... read more
