I have a two door car and they charge me for a medium car, when I was questioning about it and they say only $5 different and would not refund me the money. Worst of all the car did not get wash probably, the passenger side door is not clean at all, as the coffee mark still there and I have to wipe off myself.
I was disappointed with the service I received. I opted for their $75 package, which was supposed to focus on cleaning the interior of the car. Unfortunately, there were still smudges all over and dirt left in the boot. Despite paying $20 more than the basic service, it felt like I only received the most basic cleaning. A frustrating experience overall.
Great job!
Quality of this car wash gone now. Not worth of spending 75 dollars.
