Oh my gosh, if there was a rating lower than one star that's what they should receive. Coleen who answers the phones is awful, you have to pull any information out of her when they should be glad to give info if your inquiring about a rental. Picked a rental, viewed it, he said he would take us as tenants. The next day I called requesting the paper work, Coleen said I needed to talk with Ray.
