AVOID at all costs. Over 90% of the work undertaken was defective — including major structural faults, illegal waterproofing, incompleted work, and substandard finishes. UBS failed to begin repairs until 18 months after appointment of claim and another 18 months to have my insurer conclude and acknowledge based on workmanship. Efficient and professional the repairs were immaculate. The communication was excellent, great service
UBS fixed our ceiling after some storm damage. Provided an excellent roof report repaired damages and then painted entire ceiling rather then just damaged so it would not show any fading down the track
Every trade turned up as discussed, great communication and clean and efficient work was carried out. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be a minor inconvenience. Thanks again
