Owner is very friendly and kindest. She does the best facials and brows. Customer service is excellent.

Love this place! I come in here frequently and the owner Usha always does a great job! Her shop is so clean and her and the other girl are super friendly! I HIGHLY recommend this place for your waxing and threading needs!
Extremely Dissatisfied!! The owner Usha, COMPLETELY DESTROYED my right eyebrow, leaving me with a COMPLETELY UNEVEN LOOK!! One eyebrow is significantly slimmer than the other and it is VERY NOTICEABLE. I have come before to get my eyebrows done and they were perfectly full and even. I've never received better service! My face felt completely renewed! I booked a facial appointment with the owner Usha, who was very sweet and helpful. Usha had made the entire process from booking the appointment to getting the facial a breeze. She did an excellent job and made sure I was comfortable during the entire appointment.
