Very disappointed in Unique Bridal Boutique! I was supposed to have an appointment this last weekend. This was scheduled weeks in advance. I received my automated text the morning of my appointment we will see you today, At scheduled time. My bridal party and I arrive at Unique Bridal Boutique to no one there. After several calls and messages, which I have still yet to hear from anyone. Rude and Disappointing to say the least. Very bad business!!!! 10/10 do not recommend!
Worst costumer service! I’ve been waiting on my dress for 7 months, was told it would be shipped in October and arrive in November when I bought the dress. It is now December and still no update. When I called for an update I was rushed off the phone due to the lady stating she was working with a customer.
Great place for getting a wedding dress.
Any gal looking for a wedding dress, & the best overall experience with finding the perfect wedding dress, this is THE place! The selection is great, & all of the staff is absolutely wonderful, & down to Earth!🤍 I highly recommend🥰
