They denied a dress to my friend after she called and asked about its availability. They told her the dress had been sold and then proceeded to post it online again about a month later. When she asked about the brand of the dress to look up the price, they hung up on her… for what?
I called them about the availability of a dress and they were very rude toned telling me the dress was sold. They later proceeded to post the exact same dress, same size, same picture from before for sale. They wouldn’t even tell me the brand so I could check on the price before trying to order and then processed to hang up on me after telling me this.
