I had one of the worst retail experiences ever at this store. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely invisible—no greeting, no offer of help, nothing. I was actively looking around, clearly in need of assistance, yet every employee seemed to ignore me. After spending at least 10 minutes wandering the store, hoping someone would notice, I finally had to approach an employee myself.
