I’m very disappointed because I went there one month ago and the service and owner was excellent so, I booked an app online yesterday for today at 1:00pm, but at 12:50 I got a text message that my appointment was canceled! I walked inside and the other guy told me that my appointment was canceled because Edrian took his day off! So why you are available online? Why don’t cancel your appointment 24 hours before? Great barbers! I’m very very very picky with my hair. When I first moved to Rochester I tried out 5 different shops and I was unsatisfied. Then I landed here at Unique and found Jose and he’s been my barber ever since, about a year. Highly recommend. Super clean shop, super friendly barber!
