Ima be honest Jose is a cool guy and be can cut hair pretty good, Sometimes…. Started going to him a while back the cuts were pretty mid if I’m being honest. I wouldn’t recommend going to him if you’re a person of color he doesn’t really know how to cut 4c type hair.
