This is my honest review. This business is the most dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical shop I have ever dealt with in my life. The owners, management, and customer service lie to me every single day. They are completely dishonest, misleading, and operate more like a criminal organization than a legitimate repair shop. I Brought my car in for a small leak that the shop said would take about 5 hours. Instead, these incompetent employees and owner kept my car for over two weeks. When I dropped it off, the car had zero other issues. Now it has new serious problems — including the starter light not working — because they clearly don’t know how to work on German’s vehicles and screwed it up. The original leak still isn’t fixed. Went to get differential oil changed, they over filled it and within a couple of days it had blown a gasket. They did not hold themselves accountable and instead wanted to charge me to get it fixed. Ended up getting the work done elsewhere, they will not be getting any further business from me.
