Hamlet really came through when I needed him. I got into an accident with my Tesla Cybertruck during some really heavy rain. I first called Tesla roadside assistance and honestly they were completely unresponsive. I even tried calling my Tesla dealership and had no luck there either. I had a really great experience with Unique Auto Collision. Even though my car is potentially a total loss, they still treated me with so much professionalism and care throughout the entire process. Hamlet was the person helping me, and he went above and beyond. He took the time to walk me through everything, explained the situation clearly, and was extremely patient with all of my repetitive questions.
