Owner was very gracious when providing the estimate and arranging for the work to be done. I dropped off the car on Sunday evening putting my key in the drop off. So far so good. They called me on Tuesday early afternoon and told me my car was ready and I could pick it up anytime before closing. Please see the attached photos of their work. These photos are after their 2nd attempt to fix the paint job. They asked for a third attempt and I refused to allow them to do any additional damage to my car. This is how they fulfill their 100% guarantee...keep bringing your car back as it gets worse. Owner refused to reimburse so I'm left with disputing charges and/or pursuing in court. Additional photos and videos available upon request.
Paint job was not satisfactory. Quoted to paint entire hood and only painted a small portion and put clear coat over entire hood. Defects with paint on hood and bumper. Lots of photos taken and video to document for your own opinion of their work.
