I took my niece to Unique and Special Kids Spa in Alexandria, and it was such a fun, memorable experience. We booked the chocoholic, which included a chocolate facial for me and my niece, deluxe mini mani/pedi for my niece, foot soak for me, and last but not least hot chocolate for the both of us. I am impressed with the level of thought and attention to detail that was displayed during my daughters party. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that she and her friends had a great time. I usually don't leave reviews but they explained to me that people who love the establishment show support by returning frequently and usually neglect to leave a review. I want to do both. My daughter and I will be back, maybe for a daddy and me day.
Took my daughter here and she had a blast will definitely come again! They did an amazing job with my foot silk as I booked to do a daddy and daughter spa day! Customer service was great very attentive.
I haven’t utilized the spa services, but the hair services are unprofessional. I was very disappointed with my experience. I pre-registered for a trim and style for my daughter, clearly stating that the trim was the main reason for the appointment. When we arrived, we were initially turned away and told my daughter was too young to get her hair done (she will be three in 2 months), even though that wasn’t mentioned during registration.
