I called Guy at Unique Affairs Catering three days before a small family event when the catering staff I had hired a month earlier bailed on me. Guy quickly asked around to see if his staff was available and within 12 hours he and Al had found staff and saved the day. They are lifesavers! The staff they provided were courteous, skilled, and professional. I would gladly hire them again.
