Horrible experience. Hair washing was very aggressive to the point where it was painful and unenjoyable. Blow drying was a nightmare, because my hair kept getting tangled in the brush and was immensely painful. No heat protectant was used on my hair, and better yet, he started curling my hair when it was only about 75% dry. The steam coming from my hair washing cringeworthy, and I could smell the heat damage coming from my head. The guys looked like he had never picked up a curling iron a day in his life.
