I had system installed here and had some problems with some equipment. They went out of their way too resolve the issues and upgraded it for me . Awesome service and they know what works.
Unique Audio and all of the workers are top notch. I told them what I wanted, they made it happen. When I went to pick up my truck, the installer asked me to listen to it before I left. He said, “I don’t like the way it sounds.” Not what I wanted to hear…. I listened to it and it sounded fine. He explained the nuances and reasons why and I heard what he meant. Bought some wires. Never opened box. Tried to return them the SAME day and was told I would only get store credit for a return. Not one sign in the store says that. Never coming back I’ll guess I’ll keep these over priced wires though.
