Extremely rude and hostile employee by the door. No reason to be so, was defensive about questions when asked about availability of certain items. I had to travel down from Eaton Centre to Union Station’s Uniqlo after a welcoming employee at the Eaton Centre’s Uniqlo recommended that I will find the items there. However, after arrival to Union Station’s Uniqlo, I found out that the item I was looking for did not exist here, contrary to what the employee at Eaton Centre’s had told me. Staffs are untrained and so not professional, they are impatient and so not helpful for the return process. I had really bad experiences at this location that I never have in other locations.
