All the employees are very kind and helpful. Shoutout to Jonathan who was so friendly and helped us get a pair of pants hemmed on short notice, and Tyler who did an excellent job hemming. The fitting room staff was also very patient as I had to try on many different sizes and kept going in and out. Selection of clothes were amazing and well stocked.
Worst return policy ever. I tried to exchange for a different size after wearing the shirt once, but it didn’t fit. They refused a return or exchange even though I had the receipt and it had been less than a week.
Best place to buy practical clothes. I love graphic Ts and thankfully there's plenty of non-weeb ones to choose from every once and awhile
