Worst return policy ever. I tried to exchange for a different size after wearing the shirt once, but it didn’t fit. They refused a return or exchange even though I had the receipt and it had been less than a week.
Best place to buy practical clothes. I love graphic Ts and thankfully there's plenty of non-weeb ones to choose from every once and awhile
I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the employees here, however, the closing team on Thursday went above and beyond to help me. It was past their store hours, but they let me in past 8pm to exchange something. Unfortunately, the item I went to exchange was sold out in my size, and the next two items I had my eyes set on were also sold out.
