I'm a longtime Uniqlo fan and own a lot of their pieces, but my experience at the Burlington store left a bad taste. When I tried to exchange a product, the staff refused over a small spot on the t-shirt — which turned out to be nothing, since it wiped right off. Instead of helping, the manager was dismissive and made the whole thing far more difficult than it should have been. Disappointing customer service for a brand I otherwise really like.
My experience at this UNIQLO location was absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I purchased a T-shirt in size L and later came back to exchange the size. The T-shirt was completely new, unworn, with all original tags still attached. There was no damage, no signs of use, and the item was in returnable condition.
