Bad customer service
I had such a wonderful experience at Uniqlo in Mapleview Mall, all thanks to Veronica. I accidentally dropped my bracelet somewhere in the store and was so worried that I had lost it. Veronica was incredibly kind, patient, and went out of her way to help me look for it. Thankfully, we found my bracelet, and I was so relieved! Veronica’s kindness and willingness to help really stood out to me. Thank you so much!
