As an out of town STR owner, UniqClean puts me at ease! I am so thankful for their due diligence, cleaning standard and follow up! My only complaint is that I can not take them with me to clean my other properties in another state(-:
We have used Uniqclean for our three vacation rentals for over a year and they have done an exceptional job. During the approx. 10 months I used UniqClean for my vacation rental, on 3 separate times I had multiple sheet sets go missing! Out of the 8 sheet sets missing, they only replaced 2 queens with almost black sheets! The cleaning crews were constantly changing, which means the cleaners are not familiar with my house, & cleaning closets were left a mess many times. We have a VRBO and they have gone above and beyond. Not only do is the cleaning amazing, they are also extremely prompt with guests.
