All I can say is God bless you! I had a very unfortunate experience with my curtains and some type of wildlife (we think a fruit bat) - I was practically in tears. From the initial phone call with Kirsty, through to the boys in the workshop, I was looked after and treated so well. Fearing the worst, my curtains came out sparkling! We had 2 motorised blinds repaired by Matt at the team at UNiQ and I was very impressed with the service, knowledge and professionalism. During the repair Matt had all scenarios covered to fix the issue and when an unexpected issue with a roller was uncovered, he made a trip to the other side of Brisbane to resolve the issue. Thanks!
We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Uniq. Carl is great. He arrived on time, gave us all the information we needed and is a lovely fellow. Our mouldy curtains are now spotless and were rehung 2 days later. Highly recommend!
