Bought a 2019 Kia Optima in April of 2024 and been having problems out of it ever since also the warranty did NOT cover any of the repairs that i have had to get done. I would say staff is nice but not helpful, I hadn’t gotten any solution other than to keep getting the car fixed wasting unnecessary money.
I bought a car from Sam! He responds quickly to calls or text, and paperwork is fast and easy. I’m obsessed with my new car!
