I naturally moved here because I work at another branch, Uniprix. All the staff were kind and good.
A wonderful Uniprix pharmacy on St. Charles in Kirkland! There is always a welcoming atmosphere and professional service. I was buying perfumes for gifts recently and had a pleasure to meet Anna Maria — she is managing cosmetics division of the store, very knowledgeable about cosmetics and helpful. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. The sales associate, Kateryna, is absolutely lovely and very pleasant to talk to. She is such a beauty, smiling, attentive, and kind. Awful and unprofessional pharmacy staff. I was told twice (by phone and on the app) that my prescription was ready, yet when I arrived, they told me to wait and that it is not ready, so they had to prepare it. Therefore made me wait over 20 minutes, delaying my plans. Then they gave me the wrong medication. When they finally corrected it, the number of capsules was wrong too.
