Horrible customer service experience. I went to buy curling cream, but the last bottle on the shelf was leaking and clearly damaged. I asked the cashier if I could get a discount since the product was damaged. She was super nice and went to ask her manager. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She immediately said “NO.” I then asked if I could get a new bottle, and she said there were no more without even checking the back. Very disappointing customer service.
